Kitset Package

The Kitset Package includes:
All items are supply only unless specified

  • Working Drawings – McRaeway Homes will submit these to council and have allowed a PC Sum for building consent based on being constructed in Timaru
  • Structure – 90x45mm wall frame and trusses. Floor joists and flooring
  • Roofing/Spouting/Fascia – Colorsteel
  • Cladding – Standard selection is Colorsteel, Board and Batten or Linea. Other options are available on request
  • Interior Linings – Ceilings 13mm Gib on either metal or timber battens and clips, walls 10mm Gib with Aqualine to wet areas – 60x12mm skirting’s and Architraves. Square – stopped ceiling/wall junction
  • Aluminum Joinery – Double glazed with colour match hardware
  • Nylon Carpet & Sheet Vinyl—Locations as per plan
  • Heating – PC Sum
  • Insulation – R3.6 to ceilings and R2.6 to walls
  • Internal Doors – Flush panel with Windsor Brass Futura hardware
  • Kitchen – Melamine cabinets with Formica Tops. Panasonic under bench oven, cook top, dishwasher and rangehood where applicable
  • Plumbing – Methven tap ware, vitreous china vanities and W.C. Sierra showers, , laundry tub where applicable, Gas hot water, mirror and toilet roll holders
  • Consents – A building consent PC Sum is included in the Package (Resource consent is not included)
  • Miscellaneous – Wardrobe and Cupboard shelving, smoke alarms, building wrap/OS Brace wrap, transit insurance.

Full Build Package

Package includes all of the same specs as the Kitset Package plus:

  • Construction of the dwelling (Priced to be built in Timaru)
  • Plumbing to dwelling only (onsite services are additional)
  • Electrical—Supply and install (onsite connections are additional)
  • Gibstopping—Level 4 finish
  • Painting—Colours from a white base only

All products are able to be customized (POA)

General Exclusions

  • Window Coverings
  • Specialist Light fittings
  • Decks
  • Transportation/Freight
  • Individual Building consent for piles/foundations and all site works including connection to services
  • On site piles or foundations (Can be quoted separately as required)
